Every accomplished woman eventually discovers the price no one warned her about: the higher she rises, the lonelier the room becomes. Joyce Toti has built her life's work on refusing that trade.

Joyce Toti, MBA is the founder and CEO of Collective Women's Leadership (CWL), the national community where accomplished women stop proving their place and start owning it. Known as The Community Architect™, she has created something rare in a world of performative networking: rooms where titles stay at the door, real mentorship is given freely, and every woman arrives ready to lead, elevate and support.

Her standard was set in the most demanding rooms in luxury. Over more than two decades, Joyce built and led teams for Nordstrom, Victoria's Secret, BCBG Max Azria, Tiffany & Co., Wynn & Encore, TAG Heuer (LVMH) and Tory Burch. At just 24, she was named general manager of Victoria's Secret's Herald Square flagship in New York City, the largest in the world. By 26, she was directing one of Tiffany & Co.'s highest-performing stores. She went on to lead expansions across New York, Florida and the United Kingdom, served as Vice President of Retail for Wynn & Encore Las Vegas, and opened the TAG Heuer boutique whose success helped launch the brand's national expansion. She later moved into casino gaming sales with Everi, in an industry where she was often the only woman in the room.

Her grit was forged long before the corner office. Raised by a single mother, Joyce was seven years old when she watched every one of her mom's cards get declined at the grocery store, and she heard the words that became her compass: never depend on anyone else to pay your bills. She became the first in her family to graduate from college, at Arizona State University, and paid off every dollar of her student loans herself.

When the pandemic paused her corporate career, Joyce returned to school and her classmates kept asking how she spoke up with such conviction. In those questions she saw a generation of women who had lost the mentors, the rooms and the leadership programs that once shaped great leaders. CWL became her answer.

Today, CWL brings women together in Las Vegas, Scottsdale and Austin, with National Membership and City Ambassadors bringing CWL to new cities. Its signature Coffee Connects and Cocktail Connects are intimate, agenda-free gatherings that members describe as “a warm hug.” Joyce has mentored more than 100 women directly, helped elevate more than 60 women leaders inside their organizations, and delivered leadership programming for more than 20 companies, including THRIVE Aviation. Her signature program, Her Collective Power, teaches what corporate America no longer does: leadership identity, executive presence, self-advocacy, negotiation, and the courage to have bold conversations. She also hosts The Collective Mic podcast, sharing the stories of women who have made bold moves.

Joyce has been featured on ABC affiliate KTNV's The Morning Blend and in Deluxe Version Magazine, and she serves on the board of Crohn's & Colitis of Southern Nevada. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband, Anthony.
