At CWL, we are about group communities characterized by mutual encouragement, respect and support instead of

competition and comparison. We commit to living out the following values:

We agree that whatever is shared with our group stays within our group. There will be many comments on our

webpage that are shared comments on the internet, but if there are small group or one-on-one conversations or

communications through text or email – these should remail confidential. We want this group to be a safe place to

grow.

We seek to be open and honest with each other. Our group is a place to take off our masks, be ourselves and be

accepted for who we are.

We agree to communicate in ways that are respectful, and to give advice only when it is requested. We are all at

various places on our journeys and because of that we commit to giving each other respect and not judging each

other.

Negativity weighs down the heart and spirit of individuals and groups, so we strive to communicate in a way that is

filled with encouragement and motivation.

We agree to always keep an empty chair for others to join us, and we agree to always encourage other women along

their journey.
